First Day of Issue Ceremony Program (page 5) for the dedication of Scott #2348 25c Slater Mill - Rhode Island Statehood Stamp, Ratification of the Constitution Bicentennial, FDOI, May 29, 1990, Pawtucket, Rhode Island.  This auction is for the twenty-page booklet published by the Rhode Island Bicentennial Foundation for the two-day celebration of the ratification of the United States Constitution by the state of Rhode Island.  The dedication of the Rhode Island stamp was part of this celebration and is described on page 5 of the booklet (see second scan). The stamp with first day cancellation is on the cover of the booklet. The program measures 10" x 7".
