Item Description

Romania 436 (4), 369 (4), and 371 (4) on 1893 cover with five partially indistinct Bucuresti 23. III. 93 511 Gara de Nord (March 1893) circular dated postmarks tying stamps to each other and to cover --- bold T in a circle cancel at right

Addressed to Mr. Kyril B. Conger, Nu Sigma Nu Fraternity, East Huron Street, Ann Arbor, Michigan, U.S.A. --- horizontal and diagonal creases in top row of stamps --- pencil point holes at right (from front) --- slight wrinkling --- slight soiling --- cover cut open and reduced at top and bottom and re-sealed at top
