Item Description

SCV $0.25 (2018). Single 3-kopek stamp depicting a 1924 AMO-F15 Truck in canceled, VF condition. The stamp is not used. Rather it is a canceled-to-order (CTO) stamp with no flaws noted. The gum is immaculate & shiny, the stamp is crisp, its colors are bright & it has a black ink cancellation mark in the upper right-hand corner of the stamp. Photogravure, water-activated gum, perf 12 x11½.
