RUSSIA  Sc#1260//2402 1948-1960 17 Older Blocks of Four OG Mint NH High CV.  Includes Sc#1260, 1343, 1345, 1346, 1689, 2208, 2280, 2290-2293, 2326, 2333, 2349, 2357, 2380, 2402.  All stamps have full original gum that has never been hinged.   2019 Scott cat. val. is $27.65 X 4 = $110.60.
