Russia Scott B38 MNHOG - 1923 1r+1r on 10r Bronze Surcharge on 1922 Scott #212 - two small corner creases at upper right in selvage not affecting stamp; Scott notes: "The inscription means 'Philately's Contribution to Labor'. The stamps were only on sale at Moscow and only for one day. The surtax was for charitable purposes."; 2022 Scott Classic catalog value as mint never hinged is $650.
