In addition to that, a lot of sellers confuse 1689 with 1689a due to the very confusing scott catalog description for both issues. This is not 1306, even though it has slightly darker color than regular 1689. On the scan you can see 1689a on the right (mlh) and 1689 on the left(mnh). $2.00 certified shipping within usa.
