Saudi Arabia Stamp Sc#293 SG#564 Error Or - Unlisted Variety - Frame Damage or ??? I have no idea what this is exactly, except that it is not listed in Scott nor Stanley Gibbons. This is not paper damage or anything physical as the background color is printed properly. The inner and outer frame lines are good and true, it's the internal symbols in the bottom left that are misshapen. A normal stamp is being shown and will be included. Yes, it's a high ask, but I cannot seem to find another example anywhere else and this looks to be a little more than just plate flaw due to the way it is printed. I WILL COMBINE SHIPPING!!
