Joint Issue FDC produced for the 22c Statue of Liberty stamp issued on July 4, 1986 at Liberty Island, New York/New Jersey (Sc. 2224). DUAL cancelled with both a U.S. Unofficial First Day Cancel from Statue of Liberty Station, Liberty Island, New York, and the French First Day Cancel, both dated July 4, 1986. The French stamp features the same design as the U.S. Statue of Liberty stamp. Blue cachet produced by Artcraft, featuring a view of the Statue of Liberty. Unaddressed.
