This PNC is the KEY to the set.The 2024 Scott catalog value is $400.00 for a Very Fine Plate Number Coil Strip of 5. The strip is immaculate---the gum and paper have no faults or flaws (e.g., gum skips creases, fingerprints). There is slight curling of the strip as it was taken from a fresh roll.
