Condition: Fresh used stamp on cover with original PF cert as shown...the creasing to me looks to be pre-printing paper creases...a beautiful 4 margin stamp with a clean premium blue cancel...a very rare position piece that has a Scott CV off cover of $3000, and is unlisted and unpriced on cover......please see stamp and cert for details...a wonderful item for a world class exhibit or collection... I have added a nice selection of many stamps to my store. I fondly remember going to stamp shows as a child, enjoying going through counter books where I could pick out the 'ideal' stamp for me.
