Here is a post office fresh example of the 8 cent Statue of Liberty stamp, Scott 1041B, from the Liberty definitive series. You will receive a mint never hinged plate block of four with plate number 24942 in blue and 24938 in red on the lower right margin. This is the rotary press issue.
