This is Confederate States of America Scott #11b, a block of 18 Jefferson Davis 10-cent stamps (arranged in three rows of six) printed in a milky blue shade. The stamps feature a profile portrait of Confederate President Jefferson Davis within an oval frame, with "POSTAGE" at the top and "10 CENTS" at the bottom, surrounded by ornate scrollwork design.The front image shows the stamps are in unused condition, with strong color and clear detail in the engraving. The paper appears bright and clean, and the stamps remain in a complete multiple, which is notable for Confederate issues.The back image shows a distinctive yellowish-brown or "dirty" appearance to the paper, which is characteristic of the Confederate paper shortages during the Civil War.
