Item Description
Here is a nice example of the 25 cent Frederick Douglass stamp, Scott 1290a, from the Prominent Americans definitive series. You will receive a mint never hinged plate block of four with plate number 39378 on the upper right margin. This is the tagged variety with dull gum. Please note there are a couple faint moisture spots on the gum side of the block (mentioned for accuracy). The pictured stamps are the stamps you will receive.
