Scott 189 OGph, with PSE certificate graded XF-S 95. SMQ is $1000.Through 2017, I had many items sold on consignment through GradedStamps.com, with Steve Crippe. Steve has now retired, and so I am going ahead and listing items I would have previously consigned to Steve, here in my own dedicated Hip store. You can expect many of the same stamps you would have purchased through Steve, as I was one of his consignors for years. I am an ASDA (American Stamp Dealer's Association) member, as well as a member of the APS (American Philatelic Society), so buy with confidence!
