Here is a post office fresh example of the precanceled 10.9 cent Hansom Cab, Scott 1904a, from the transportation coil series. You will receive a mint never hinged plate number strip of six with the elusive plate number 3. This strip also has a break in the precancel bars at the line position making it a LINE GAP variety. The pictured stamps are the stamps you will receive. Current Scott catalog lists a PNC5 at $200. Is it missing from your collection? Why not add it today?
