Here is a  post office fresh example of the 17 cent precancelled Electric Auto coil, Scott 1906a, from the first release of the transportation coil series.  You will a mint never hinged plate number coil strip of five with plate number 4C on the center stamp.  This strip has no gap in the precancel lines for a no gap strip.  The PNC3 catalog list this PNC strip at $10.50.  Is it missing from your collection?  Why not add it today?  Good luck bidding and I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.  Happy collecting!  PNC3 life member.
