Here is a beautiful collection of the 18 cent Washington Monument coil, Scott 2149 and 2149a, and the 21.1 cent Envelopes, Scott 2150 and 2150a  You will receive four mint never hinged plate number coil strips of five with plate numbers on the center stamp.  Two examples of the 18 cent Washington Monument with plate numbers 1112 and 33333 with low gloss gum and two examples of the 21.1 cent Envelopes with plate numbers 111111 and 111111.  Current Scott catalog places these PNC strips at $11.75.  Are they missing from your collection?  Why not add them today?  The pictured stamps are the stamps you will receive.  Good luck bidding and I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.
