Here is a post office fresh block of the 52 cent Hubert H. Humphrey stamp, Scott 2189, from the second issue of the Great Americans definitive series. You will receive a mint never hinged indicia block of three from the right margin.  This is the dull gum variety.  The information written was modified with the release of 2189a to incorporate the proper dates of 1965 to 1969 while this release has the error dates of 1964 to 1968.
