Here is a post office fresh long plate block of the 52 cent Hubert H. Humphrey stamp, Scott 2189, from the second issue of the Great Americans definitive series. Your will receive a mint never hinged long plate strip of twenty with plate number 1.  This is the dull gum variety.  I have multiple examples available, so if you would like a particular plate position or marginal marking, please contact me prior to bidding for availability. ONLY ONE plate strip of twenty is included with this auction. Shipping is a little higher on these long plate block strips due to their length.
