Here are post office fresh examples of the 75c Wendell Willkie stamp, Scott 2192, from the second issue of the Great Americans definitive series. You will receive four mint never hinged plate blocks of twelve with plate number 1 on all four plate positions (upper left, upper right, lower left, and lower right).
