The plate number is on the Middle stamp.This PNC is also MISCUT 2mm Downwards---This strip is an ERROR & a FREAK!!This PNC7 has no faults or flaws. It is unusual to find strips of this length as early PNCs errors were customarily collected in strips of 5 or 6.
