This is a Scott #63TC5m - 1c Slate Black - Franklin - Loewenberg Plate Proofs - Block of 4 1861
Scott Catalogue following the 63TC proofs notes that "There ae many trail color impressions of the issues of 1861 to 1883 made from experimentation with various patent papers, grills, etc. Some are fully perforated, gummed and with grill.

This particular plate proof is printed on the Loewenberg starch coated paper. This is noted by the surface cracking on front and back of the proof.

Rich colour and strong impression.
