Vintage mint sheet with plate block of Scott #859, the 1c Washington Irvingissue from the Famous Americans series of 1940, mint condition, all never hinged. Great issue for the sheet collector, these over 80 year old sheets are increasingly elusive. Perf seps along the narrow selvage and curling on older issues are common and may occur.
