You will receive four mint never hinged plate blocks of four with plate number 25414 on each of the four plate positions (upper left, upper right, lower left, and lower right). Current Scott catalog lists this plate block at $0.50 each. The Durland PB catalog places a premium on this plate combination at $4 each. Are they missing from your collection?
