Item Description

This stamp is in unused condition, but has a hinge remnant and a pair of small thins that are probably associated with hinge removal. Also, some soiling spots on the face and poor centering.

Scott catalog lists this 10c surcharge with either 2mm or 2.75mm spacing. This one measures 2.5mm on both of my gauges.

You may combine this item with other stamp sale lots to save on shipping.
