This cover was mailed from Sloansville, New York to Schenectady, New York in 1939 franked by a 3-cent Sesquicentennial of Washington's Inauguration issue of 1939, Scott 854, straight edge with guideline at right. The stamp is tied to the envelope by a 4-bar killer handstamp.Slit open top, the backflap is sealed and intact. No contents or backstamps.
