Item Description

This stamp is in unused condition, but has moderate gum crackling/craquelure along with three overlapping hinge remnants near the top center of the stamp.

This set of stamps has wide vertical and horizontal lines in the stamp's paper. This faint pattern is not always easy to see when viewing the stamps. Sometimes, it is most visible when viewing the stamps at an angle to the light. When I scan the stamps in this set, the lines are mostly replaced by a slightly uneven coloring of the paper in un-inked areas of the stamps. This effect varies somewhat from stamp to stamp in my scans. The pattern of lines is much more apparent on this stamp than most others.
