This is a nice book with explanations of many obscure terms. What is "Ajl" or "Ajahlas"? Or how about "Aguascalientes" which my tiny knowledge of Spanish literally translates as "hot water" but the book describes as a "District of Mexico which issued revolutionary provisionals in 1914. How about this entry for "Shuna": "Scottish islet off the Argyllshire coast. In October 1949 the owner produced a stamp-like publicity label, showing a map of Shuna with place names in Gaelic. It is not a local, having no postal validity whatever."
