Item Description

France, Scott #89, used (o),1878, Peace and Commerce (Sage, Type II, "N" under "U"), 3 centimes, yellow on straw, green, Scott 2019 catalog value: $42.50.  Off-centered, perforations clear of edge on three sides, perforations into edge at top, light half circular socked-on-the-nose cancellation over central image, sound back, perhaps two short perforations at left top and right top when viewed from the back, otherwise good perforations. This is not a 'bait-and-switch' offering. The stamp you see will be the stamp you receive. 

I will send the purchase by US first class mail, since the relatively low value of the stamp does not warrant signature or tracking mail.  Hence the buyer assumes risk of loss or non-delivery.  I will keep a scan of my mailing to verify that the correct mailing address was used. If not satisfied, return the stamp to me at your own expense, and I will refund the cost, but not my postage to you.  If the stamp is not as described, I will refund the cost and reimburse you for postage both ways.  If you purchase additional stamps, up to 100stamps, from my listings, I will consolidate the shipment, and there will be no extra shipping charges.  However do let me know that you are making multiple purchases, and also let me know if you want me to delay posting until you make an accumulated purchase.
