from a long-time Philatelist who befriended the Weill Brothers of
New Orleans while on a business trip.  Over the course of their almost 20 year relationship, this collector either purchased exclusively every major stamp is his collection directly from The Weill Brothers or sought their advice on items he acquired at auction or via Private Treaty.   We are proud to be selling this fine Estate which consists of excellent stamps selected typically for their quality centering.  We are
