Item Description

SCV $3.00 (2018). Single 5-centime stamp commemorating the 25th anniversary of the Universal Postal Union (L'UNION POSTALE UNIVERSELLE) in USED, VF condition. A perforation is missing from the right side of the stamp, otherwise no flaws noted. No gum. The stamp is firm, its color is distinct & it has a black ink cancellation mark. Engraved, no gum, cross within an oval "watermark" (wmk 182 type II), perf 11-1/2. The horizontal lines in he background are broken & the figures of value are solid (rather than lined) , thus this is not the re-engraved version of the stamp.
