Item Description
This decoupage post card, hand-painted and with glitter accents, depicting a flower and a horseshoe (and a word I can't make out), was mailed locally in Tarare, Rhone, France in 1906 franked by a 5c green Liberty, Equality & Fraternity issue of 1900, Scott 113, tied by a double circle datestamp. Likely a 'Happy New Year' card.Corners lightly bumped (see scans).
