METER STAMP cover: 20c Pitney-Bowes meter stamp, on legal size cover, double window envelope, addr NYC, Bold "TELEPOST" on face of cover, the Telepost system was similar to a primitive Mailgram, the message was sent from the sender (Hicksville NY) by Telex to Telepost in Vienna Virginia, where it was printed, then mailed to the recipient, these covers were almost exclusively bills so their survival rate is VERY low, scarce experiment, Fine-VF.
