Every year at the American First Day Cover Society annual convention and philatelic celebration known as AmeriCover, there is a late-night mini-banquet for the sellers and buyers who have spent their evening - and normal dinnertime - at the Moonlight Cachetmakers' Bourse! It's known as the Night Owl Party and sliders are a menu staple!This cover celebrates that post-sunset repast, and was given out to all the hungry attendees. It bears the new Astronaut single of the new 50th Anniversary Moonlanding pair, and a 29¢ Adhesive Eagle single from 1994. Both stamps are struck with the nice AmeriCover pictorial cancel from the day of the party, observing the Apollo 11 astronauts' transmission stating, 'The Eagle Has Landed'!
