Item Description
We recently purchased a large lot from an old packet company Most, if not all, stamps are sound, but we have sampled and found an occasional faulty stamp. Also doing a quick check found a +/- of about 5% of the count thus calling these approximate (the larger number is the original maker's count.)These are great collections with topical issues. An excellent way to fill an album at a very low price!
