Trucial State | UAE 1961 Palm Trees and Dhow Set Scott #1-11 VF-NH CV 53.60.SG #1-11.United Arab Emirates Trucial State set, issued in 1961 and featuring the iconic palm tree and dhow. This set, graded VF (very fine) and showing no signs of hinge, is an authentic testament to the country's postal history. The stamps were used until June 1963, when the individual states (Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Fujeira, Ras al Khaima, Sharjah and Kalba, and Umm al Qiwain) began issuing their own stamps.
