Item Description

Four good margins, blue band, with line at top. 1863 5pia black on rose. I believe this is thin paper, first printing (more widely spaced, no tete-beche). Unlisted variety of Scott #5. Isfila #2, catalog value was 1,200 TRL in 2018, or about $240 USD - and 5.5 times the catalog value of the second printing.
