"Better" plate I variety with incomplete, shallow crescent bottom. Note the crease. Scott #152 unlisted variety. Isfila #277, catalog value 450.00 Turkish Lira in 2018, this equaled USD $90.00 then - or 90 times the value of the more common Plate II. Scott mentions the difference but does not list these yet.
