"Better" plate I variety with incomplete, shallow crescent bottom. Scott #153 unlisted variety. Isfila #276, catalog value 350.00 Turkish Lira in 2018, this equaled USD $70.00 then - or 70 times the value of the more common Plate II. Scott mentions the difference but does not list these yet.
