This 2.5pia value has offset printing of overprint on back. This occurs when the overprint is printed on the bed of the printer (by mistake, without paper) then with paper. Shown with a normal one (not included) for comparison. Scott #353, catalog value $15.00 for normal. Isfila 710.See photo of back.
