Scott #692 is an 11¢ blue green stamp issued in 1932 as part of the Presidential Series of 1931–32. It features a highly detailed engraved portrait of President Rutherford B. This issue was flat-plate printed and perforated 11 vertically by 10½ horizontally, typical of the period.

The submitted stamp is used, has been previously hinged, and no original gum remains. A partial circular cancellation is visible, and the back shows a hinge remnant, a crease, and pencil writing.
