UNITED STATES SCOTT #146 JACKSON 1870 OG/REGUM?

Mint previously hinged. Hinge remnants top part of back. Gum is complete, but with areas of disturbances and dulling. Some soiling in the lower right corner, but stamp does not appear to have been used. There are no drops of gum on the perfs, as often seen on a regummed stamp, but there is some sparkle on top of the hinge remnants, and what looks like perhaps some saturation into the dark area around the portrait. So this may be a partial regum. Priced accordingly at less than half a no gum value.
