SCV $0.50 (2014). Se-tenet pair of 13-cent Capt James Cook commemorative stamps in MNH, VF condition. No flaws noted. Gum is immaculate & shiny, the stamps are crisp & their colors are bright. The pair of stamps commemorate Cook's arrival at Anchorage, Alaska (the stamp on the left; SC #1732) and his travels to Hawaii (the stamp on the right; SC #1733). Both events occurred in 1778. Engraved, water-activated gum, tagged, perf 11.
