Item Description

SCV $1.75 (2020). Block of four 20-cent stamps commemorating the 100th anniversary of Civil Service in MNH, F-VF condition. No flaws noted. Perforations are fully intact (i.e. no separations or folds are noted), the gum is immaculate & shiny, the stamps are crisp & their colors are bright. Selvage is attached along the top of the block of stamps and plate number "1" is printed horizontally on the selvage above each of the stamps located at the top of the block of stamps. Photogravure & engraved, water-activated gum, tagged, perf 11.
