Item Description

SCV $3.00 (2020). Block of four 22-cent stamps commemorating International Youth Year in MNH, VF condition. A scuff mark is seen on the canoe pictured on the stamp located at the lower right-hand corner of the block of stamps, otherwise no flaws noted. Perforations are fully intact (i.e. no separations or folds are noted), the gum is immaculate & shiny, the stamps are crisp and their colors are bright. The block of stamps commemorate (in left-to-right, top-to-bottom order) the anniversaries of the following youth programs: YMCA Youth Camping centennial (SC #2160), Boy Scouts 75th anniversary (SC #2161), Big Brothers / Big Sisters Federation 40th anniversary (SC #2162) and Camp Fire, Inc. 75th anniversary (SC #2163). Photogravure, water-activated gum, tagged, perf 11.
