SCV $9.00 (2016). Sheet of 11 stamps commemorating Jim Henson & the Muppets in MNH, VF+ condition. A slight scratch-like depression appears across the top two stamps on the left of the sheet, otherwise no flaws noted. The stamps on the sheet include: Jim Henson in the upper right-hand corner (#3944k), then in left-to-right, top-to-bottom order on the left side of the sheet: Kermit the Frog (#3944a), Fozzie Bear (#3944b), Sam the Eagle (#3944c), Miss Piggy (#3944d), Statler & Waldorf (#3944e), the Swedish Baker (#3944f), Animal (#3944g), Dr. Bunsen Honeydew & Beaker (#3944h), Rowlf the Dog (#3944i) and the Great Gonzo & Camilla the Chicken (#3944j). On the back of the sheet: bar code #458800 appears as well as a testimony to Jim Henson & short messages & signatures from each of the Muppets characters. Photogravure, tagged, self-adhesive, serpentine die cut 10-1/2 for #3944a-j & 10-1/2x10-3/4 for #3944k.
