Mint never hinged. Mainly imperforate pair. Only one hole punched clear. At the top of the gutter between the two stamps are  two clear blind perfsand a speck of ink. On the rest of the gutter, there are no impressions / blind perfs at all. Fully imperforate pair lists at $32.50.
