SCV $0.25 (2014). Single 6-cent air mail stamp commemorating the bicentennial of Alexandria, Virginia in MNH, VF condition. The stamp is flawless, its gum is pristine & shiny, the stamp is crisp & its color is brilliant. For a stamp that was printed in 1949, it is remarkably close to being post office fresh. Rotary press printing, water-activated gum, no watermark, perf 11 x10-1/2.
