Item Description

SCV $0.40 (2020). Single 5-cent Express revenue stamp in USED, fine condition. A perf is missing near the top right-hand corner of the stamp and the lower left-hand corner has a crease, otherwise no flaws noted. No gum. The stamp is firm, its color is distinct and it has a pen &  ink cancellation dated "March 20 1865". Engraved, no gum, perf 12.
