United States, Scott #1031, used(o), 1954, Liberty Series, George Washington (1732-1899), American political leader, military general, statesman, and Founding Father of the United States, who served as the first president of the United States from 1789 to 1797, 1 cent, dark green, engraved, perforated: 11x10½; Scott 2025 Catalog Value: 25¢, nicely centered (superb), light, smudged, dark ink cancellation at lower left corner and well clear of main image, back reveals a vertical crease from top left middle to bottom left middle, crease just shows through to the front, good perforations. This is not a 'bait-and-switch;' the stamp you see will be the one you receive.

If you are ordering from the United States, there is only a $US0.73 added postage expense. Also, if you make additional purchases from my offerings, they can all go in one mailing at no extra shipping expense for the added purchases. I will send the purchase by US first class mail, since the relatively low value of the stamp does not warrant signature or tracking mail. Hence the buyer assumes risk of loss or non-delivery. I will keep a scan of my mailing to verify that the correct mailing address was used.
